About Me

I am the middle of three kids, born in London and raised traveling around the world, which allowed us to experience different cultures from a young age. We moved to Singapore (where I began learning Mandarin), and not long after, my Family decided to move to Los Angeles, where I spent most of my childhood.

My Hungarian background is a significant part of who I am. Most of my extended family lives in Europe, so summers were often spent traveling back and forth, sometimes alone, to visit family and attend Hungarian summer camps. Because Hungarian is the primary way we communicate with relatives, it has become one of the strongest threads connecting me to home and an unexpected “secret language” in the U.S.

Growing up, I was always drawn to building things and sharing them with others. Whether in creative projects, small businesses, or communities, I was always on the lookout for new opportunities. I’ve loved everything from cooking and baking, to chess competitions, to competitive swimming (and later water polo), to building LEGO sets and designing DIY creations like soaps and chapsticks. Over time, that “maker” instinct merged with my love of museums and research.

I also became interested in how platforms shape visibility, who gets seen, who gets supported, and who gets left out. That interest led me to build projects such as an online teen art market and long-term writing focused on women entrepreneurs.

Today, I’m especially drawn to the intersection of art, culture, and opportunity: how art communicates social worlds, and how people can build systems that make creative work more accessible and valued (also in gender studies).
